I’ve had the prevailing issue, that many users have, after I installed the latest update for the Charge5.
I never had any issues with my device before the update.
My watch screen went to black and will not respond to any of the suggested fixes. I’ve tried them all, numerous times.
Also, my battery is now draining, on average, in 30 minutes. I never had an issue before with my battery.
I reached out to customer support via Twitter, and it’s been a great experience, other than them asking me to redo everything, that I’ve already done 10 times to fix it.
They are sending me a replacement device. I’ll keep you posted on when I get it and if it works when I get it.
Although we all know that there is a bug in their update, which they don’t seem to be addressing, I suggest that everyone that is having issues to contact customer support. Ask for a replacement, maybe when they’re overwhelmed with those requests, they’ll address the issue that a developer created.

I am having the same problem with my battery on my charge 5.. I only get maybe 10 hrs of life...
