How is there no lockscreen for when exercising!!!
I have given up tracking my workouts because every time I turn it on, it turns itself off!
I essentially just have a fancy watch now that sort of tracks my heart rate but not accurately unless its in exercise mode which I cannot use.

Please find a way to update the hardware on this.

Also I just want to say there have been hundreds of the same comments allllll over this community, some with upvotes and some with out.
This is an easy fix for your team, so please do it as I doubt I will purchase another Fitbit again and I will be recommending against this product or other newer fitbit products to anyone who is interested.

I'm sorry to see that  you've been having this problem during your workouts with your Charge 5. I've seen some users having some problems with their sleeve accidentally stopping their workout. 

 

As you mentioned earlier, this idea has been posted in the Feature Suggestion board of the Community. If you haven't done so already, please make sure to vote for this idea and share your comments: Lock screen/buttons during exercise for all Fitbit devices. 

 

This is always helpful for the team of developers, as they're constantly reviewing these ideas for possible implementations in the future. Thanks again for sharing all your feedback and comments about this.
