My account no longer ger recognises my email address or password. I've only had the watch for 3 and a half months. Does anyone have any advice?

Sad to hear that you're having issues logging in to your Fitbit account. To verify your credentials I'd suggest to log in your web dashboard:
Also I'd like to make aware that if you've had your Fitbit account migrated to Google, you'll now need your Google credentials to log in to your Fitbit account.
