Time incorrect in Log Activity

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

When I enter the screen to log activity manually, the 'start time' is set to Adelaide time (half an hour in the past for my actual time zone). This means that i cant accurately log my activity start time because it will say "this time and date are in the future".

My charge5 and app settings have the right time so the problem is isolated only to the Log Activity screen.

Hello @SparletOpt and welcome to the Community.  I looked at your public profile and it looks like you are a new user.  It sounds like you are trying to log an exercise by doing the following: you tapped on the '+' sign on your exercise tile, then chose the Log option.  If so, that is an old feature for older model trackers that don't have an Exercise app or if you forgot to wear your tracker.  You want to use the Exercise app on your Charge 5 or let SmartTrack, the auto recognition feature, track your activity.  I hope this section from the Charge 5 manual will help you get the most from your Fitbit.  Exercise and Heart Health
