Logging swims when not swimming. Step count is insanely sensitive

Like many other users, fitbits are SO sensitive to step count. I was sitting down and then stood up and it counted 6 steps.. it counted over 500 steps before I'd even gotten out of bed!? It counts steps whilst driving, and I cleaned a window the other day and it counted over 200 steps in a few minutes. Madness! Step count is the main reason I got a Fitbit. 

ALSO pretty much everday my Fitbit says I've been swimming!? I never swim. Have never swum with my Fitbit. 

 

Any ideas on these two!?
