My Charge 5 is only 6 months old. The length of the charge diminished out of the blue. Then, after charging it to 75%, I unplugged it from the charger and it died immediately. When I plugged it back in the display read 1%. Did this several times to full charge but always goes to 1% once unplugged. I did all of the resets and it still doesn’t work. This is like the 5th Fitbit that I’ve owned. They all die in a year or less. Something always goes wrong with the charging or display. I’ve heard other people say that they always experience these malfunctions in conjunction with updates. I like the Fitbit and the price point but the fact that they still cost well over $100 and die within a year is ridiculous.
