Lost ECG on my charge 5 watch

I appear to have lost the ECG application on the charge 5.

Until recently I had the use of ECG on my watch by flicking right or left alongside timers, EDA. I use it as a guide as I have a heart condition, but unfortunately it has disappeared from my watch and I do not know how to retrieve it. 

Can anyone help? 

It did say, when it was on my watch that I could use the app to record the data but that has never worked...

Hello @Dianetbonham 

 

That’s really worrying.  Have you travelled abroad at all?  Not all countries have approved the ECG App yet so going to one where it’s not available yet could make it disappear.

 

If that’s not the case, have you tried updating the App on your phone?  Or even deleting and reinstalling it?

 

When you go to the App on your phone, tap your profile picture, then Charge 5, then Gallery, then Apps.  It should show you all of the Apps available to be installed on your Fitbit.  Hopefully it should show up there and then you can tap to install it again.  Then sync your Charge 5 and it hopefully should turn up.

 

 I hope that helps a bit.

I have lost the ECG from my Charge 5 devise. It worked for two months but has not worked for the last month. It is no longer in the app section in my phone. I’ve updated the phone and devise and restarted it on the phone charger and devise itself. 
don’t know what to do next
