Lost a workout - Charge 5

I completed a workout and all of my information was displayed afterwards (steps, distance, etc.). I went to sync my Fitbit with the phone app and as soon as I did, the workout disappeared completely from the Fitbit. I restarted my device both on the Fitbit screen and with the button on the charger but neither restored the workout information.

Although this is a bit odd, the restart procedure you mentioned earlier has been helpful for other users experiencing something similar. Let me know if you continue to experience the same behavior or if you're having any problem to sync any of your data after the restart. 

Unfortunately it's not possible to recover a lost workout if it's not on your device and if it's not being synced to the app, but if you remember some of the details of this activity, you can manually log an exercise in your account to recover some of the lost data or metrics.
