How do I get a replacement? Bought a package of 2 through Amazon but they are not working. Help! Need a fitbit 5 charger. Can't find it on their website. Thanks for any help and direction
Tried to buy through Fitbit first and had a problem placing the order. Called Customer Support and they were unable to actually place the order for me. Said I HAD to order it on-line. Ended up ordering through Amazon because I was traveling and needed to get shipped to arrive at my next destination. Now the new Amazon charges, although charged last night to 97%, drained to 11% by this morning. Very unhappy with Fitbit Customer Service and now I see that the new update may have caused this batter issue. Not happy at all.
Hi, @gordonsdatter So far as your battery drain is concerned you might be interested in Can I extend my Fitbit device's battery life? In addition, make sure "Snore report" is disabled, this is a real juice guzzler. From the Today screen on your Fitbit app>Sleep Tile>settings gear wheel (top right corner)>swipe up to the bottom to make sure the "Detect Snoring" slider is in the off position>sync.

Thanks! I did finally find them on Amazon, not sure how I missed on the fitbit site, Seem to work ok but syncing back up was a pain (delete app, reinstall app, change all passwords repeat, lol) Thanks again!
