Hi, welcome to the Fitbit Community forums, @Gt0001.
Thank you for sharing all these details about the inconvenience you've been having with your Charge 5 and for confirming that you already tried the restart procedure.
I've been informed that you already contacted the Customer Support team for further assistance with this and it seems they've provided you with more information. In this case, they will let you know how to proceed.
Have a good day.

My charge 5 works fine, but today after synching with my iOS app, all of the measurements for daily calories, steps and distance are gone. The daily totals are listed, but when drilling into the daily breakdowns, they are ALL gone, current and past.
I tried logging out of the app and logging back in. No change.
First time I've experienced this and it sucks. How do I fix this?
Thank you.
