Hello, on August 16, 2023 I bought a Fitbit Charge 5, from: Amazon.com Services, Inc. Since I bought it, I have used it many times at the pool for water walking with no problems. But a few days ago after the pool, the screen would not come on. It was dead for 3 days, then suddenly it charged and came back to life but now the battery lasts less than 12 hours. I've made sure all the settings are set to extend battery life. Please tell me where I can send my Charge 5 to get it looked at and repaired. Than you.

try getting with customer support. There are no repairs for these devices.
