A few months ago, both my husband and I noticed that our Charge 5 watches stopped giving low battery notifications. I think this might have to do with the last Charge 5 update, but Fitbit chat people can't tell me when that was. I am aware that I can get a notification on my phone and an email when the battery is low.

Yes I have contacted the support team and their solution was to post here! My problem is NOT resolved yet. What should I do next?

I made sure my phone has the most recent app.

I restarted my phone.

I restarted my Charge 5.

There is not a setting in the app for low battery notifications on the Charge 5 itself (I know I can setup app and email notifications --that's not what I want).

My husband's Charge 5 has the same issue.

If I attach the charger when it has low battery and immediately remove it from the charger, the low battery screen shows up one time. Never again.

What should I do next?

I'm having the same problem.  I get low battery notifications on my phone, but the watch itself does not show any type of low battery warning.  So I've had multiple times where it just dies without warning (when I don't have my phone around to rely on for notifications).  Extremely annoying...

What is it with fitbit and its downfall lately? You have So much hardware for sale and still can't fix simple bugs??

Is it really so much to ask, to deliver a product that works for once?
