My fitbit will not reset days - the data on the device itself is showing the past few days (image attached, I WISH I had taken that many steps!). The data on the app is correct so the device itself is working. Since this has been happening the device also won't recognize the charger: when I plug it in it does nothing. I tried resetting the device but that has not corrected the problem.
Further, my bluetooth is on and says the device is connected to my phone, but when I attempt to do the latest update it takes a long time to search then gets stuck on "loading". I have a very good internet connection (plus I have tried this in three different locations) so I highly doubt that is the problem.
Finally, it has been getting more and more difficult to get the screen to turn on and to swipe. I'm not sure why?
