MFP sync

New user here. My Charge 5 counts my steps and keeps the iOS app promptly updated on my iPhone. The web dashboard seems to run behind, though, and after a morning sync to MFP, no subsequent data seems to be syncing to MFP. 

 

I've uninstalled/reinstalled both apps but still no joy.

I'd add that disconnecting then reconnecting my Fitbit and MFP accounts from the MFP website does seem to force a full refresh... most of the time. But that's not a long-term solution.
