Manually added exercise disappearing

I use a rowing machine.  

When I manually enter my exercise information it disappears when I go back to the home page. 

Has anyone run into this issue?

How did you fix it?

I've force stopped the app. 

Ensured I am running the most updated version. 

Restated my phone. 

Nothing fixes it.
