I have manually added gardening on the app. It has recorded it and I see it for a few seconds along with other activities and then it suddenly disappears! Weird it is recognising it then just gone
any suggestions please

Could you please provide a few more details about how you logged this activity to the app? Let me know if you logged the activity manually following these steps.
In addition, let me know if you meant that you were seeing the activity logged in your Activity History or if you mean in the device itself.

I am having this problem too. Although I know you can swim with it, I never do. All activities I add manually in the app, especially swimming, don't get in. And when they do, they disappear seconds later. I am adding them the way it is said in the link you provided. I also try by going into the activities section and adding it there. Nothing worked.

Thank you for confirming that you've been having the same problem with your Charge 5.
As a first step, and if you haven't done so already, I recommend that you try restarting the device using the charging cable. In addition, please try the following steps in case it's an issue related to the app:
