Hi Everyone,
Does anyone know why I don't always get my messages (text) on my Charge 5? It just seems inconsistant. Do I have to reboot it...again. It seems like I'm always rebooting for something.

Hi, thank you for sharing that you've having this problem with your Charge 5 and for confirming that you already tried the restart, @Gpolly1.
Let me know if you're only having this inconvenience with the text notifications or with any notification in general.
Before considering other options, make sure to follow all the steps listed here to resolve problems with notifications. This has been useful for other users experiencing the same problem.
In addition to the steps mentioned earlier, make sure that you have the latest version of the Fitbit app installed and to check all the compatibility requirements here. Keep in mind that you need Android OS 8.0 or higher or Apple iOS 13 or higher on your phone and that you won’t see notifications on your Fitbit device if you turned on the Do Not disturb Icon or Sleep Mode.

Thank you for the quick reply. It seems to only happen with text messages. I receive a lot of test messages a day, so I'm suprised when I look at my phone and find out I've missed a couple. I have my Vibrations set on Strong, so I won't miss one. All the requirements and updates are current on my phone and Fitbit.
