Hi, @LornaMarcia , are you referring to “active minutes” (when the FitBit awards you for being active for a certain amount of time)? This will be based on your detected heart rate. If your detected heart rate seems wrong, can you give us some more details? Does it seem too high so you are getting too many active minutes, or too low so that you are not getting enough? Wearing your Fitbit correctly on your wrist can help keep the HR detection as accurate as possible. There is some more information here .
Or are you saying the time is wrong on your FitBit? In that case you can easily keep the time accurate by making sure you sync your Fitbit regularly - daily is ideal, but you can usually get away with syncing only once a week or so if necessary. If you are having trouble with syncing there is more information here .
