Hi,
my 6-month-old Charge 5 for the last 2 days has not been tracking anything (everything is 0 except Calories) and there is a red light always on at the back of it. I have tried to restart it, reset it, and remove it from the Fitbit app (Samsung Fold 3) but nothing worked. Has someone had a similar issue like this?
PS: Also, the screen does not turn on automatically when I turn my wrist, I gotta double-tab to turn on the screen every time.

Hi, @lequhung , the red light always on suggests it may permanently be in sleep mode for some reason. If the restart did not work, and you have even tried removing it from the app and then re installing it, and that has not solved your issue, I think it is time to get in touch with FitBit Customer Support on Contact.Fitbit.com . Be sure to tell them the troubleshooting you have already tried, and they will advise on the next steps.
