My charge 5 is less than 2 months old and has stopped synching. I’ve tried all the suggestions. So now what do I do? At the moment it is utterly useless and I have no way of actually getting to anyone to help fix it. If it’s still under guarantee I’m going to try to return it. Sooo disappointed as this is my third Fitbit and usually all ok. Has anyone else tried to return theirs? I’ve little hope of it being fixed so I guess I’ll have to cancel my premium and get an Apple Watch. Yes, I’m angry !!!

I''ve just found out that there is no returns policy as the software inside is not covered by warranty. So I'm left with an expensive piece of nothing and no redress or come back on Fitbit. even more angry now.
