On my Charge 5 under the zone minutes it appears I did cardio at 1:46am while sleeping even though my heart rate was at 56bpm and I was in light sleep stage. How is that possible?

Hi, welcome to the Fitbit Community forums, @Krew25.
I appreciate all the information that you've shared about this inconvenience with your Charge 5.
I've been informed that you already contacted the Customer Support team for further assistance with this and it seems they've provided you with some instructions. They will let you know how to proceed.
See you around.

They did however that didn’t work. It still says that during the night I somehow get into cardio burn zone even though I’m sleeping. It does seem to correlate with REM sleep but my actual heartbeat doesn’t go above 58bpm.

This has puzzled me as well. I've had my Charge 5 for less than a week and I am wondering what is happening. The Target Heart Rate Zones screen shows me having a pretty extreme cardio workout in my sleep at around 1:30 am but the heart rate screen for the same time period shows nothing of the sort.
Also, I have no idea how to add an image. I tried but I'm asked for the dimensions (????) but not given a way to upload anything. So please ignore the strange box below.

Fitbit support has not resolved this for Krew25 or anyone else it seems.
The issue applies when you are looking at “Zone Minutes”, and swipe right to see heart rate readings for the day.
When you wake up in the morning the “Zone Minutes - swipe right” heart rate readings match the readings when you look at today’s readings through “Heart Rate”.
However - if you then exercise during the day, and after exercising go back into “Zone Minutes - swipe right” the heart rate readings have suddenly changed retrospectively to show a Cardio spike sometime between about 12:30am and 1:50am. You were asleep at that time. The normal “Heart Rate” readings remain correct. And obviously no longer match the “Zone Minutes - swipe right” readings.
On the days you don’t exercise it doesn’t happen. Fitbit needs to fix this. It stresses people out being told their heart was racing in their sleep when clearly it wasn’t. It’s a software bug.

Facing the same issue, not sure what is taking Fitbit so long to fix this with an update.
