Missing step counts Charge 5

Just realised step counts for the period of 17 November through to 30th November, inclusive of both dates, are missing. 

 

They show as bars in the bar chart but not in the tabluated view. All days before and after them are fine and showing.

Hi, thank you for sharing this information about the problem you're experiencing with your missing step count, @LukmanC

 

If possible, could you please share a screenshot of the problem you mentioned earlier? So we can investigate further. In the meantime, please try the following steps as well: 

 

  1. Log out from the Fitbit app.
  2. Clear Cache and Cookies for the Fitbit app on the phone's settings. 
  3. Restart your phone. 
  4. Log back in and check if you're able to see your information properly.

Sorry about the late replay. 

 

The missing counts reappeared after clicking on the graph a few times and moving back and forth between screens (I've had similar issues with logging flood/water/calorie count/heart rate)...I suspect it's a draw/refresh issue within the app. 

 

Presently I can't replicate the issues on demand (for water I have another thread). Happy for this thread to be closed/ignored as I suspect it's not a steps issue but a general app refresh issue (that I'll carry on in https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Android-App/Apps-very-slow-to-refresh-data/m-p/5022230#M153101)
