My new fitbit charge 5 is giving me very strange sleep information and it has to be inaccurate. My setting has been both normal and sensitive to attempt correction. My sleep schedule is set for 8 hrs, 10pm-6am but my fitbit only records from 6am-7am and even then, it always shows less than an hr of intermittent sleep. The moderator instructs to attach fitbit to the charger and "press the button on the flat part" 3 times, one second between each depression. My fitbit charge 5 has no such button?? I've tried touching/pressing all over the watch to no avail. Is this a joke?

Thanks. But now all that does is cause my Fitbit to vibrate, not reload/reboot. I watched a YouTube video that suggested synching 2 hrs before going to bed and also to try loosening the band and moving the watch up away from my wrist. Ugh…we shall see
