More clock faces for the Charge 5

I just purchased a Charge 5 and I HATE the clock faces.   I do not like all the color and how I cannot get a simple date time and steps on the clock face screen.  I hope FitBit resolves this issue.  I am considering returning it and seeking another fitness tracker that has a clock face I prefer.  It's a shame since I have owned a FitBit since 2014.

I intend to agree with you but i dont think thats a reason to return it. If it can, i would have done it too.

You click on the upper left hand corner in the FitBit App which takes you to your profile.  Then choose your Charge 5 and within there is the Gallery option.

@KathL21 the colour screen does make it so much easier to see the screen outside, though.  I think colour is pretty much how it will go now for all future trackers - you really can’t buy a B&W television any more...

I am thinking that the early developers were so excited by the colour, they wanted to use them all!  Maybe when it gets more old hat it will be more understated and there will also be more clock faces for you to choose.

I hope you find a clock face that you like. Are you enjoying other features of the Charge 5?  Sounds like you have had a Fitbit for a long time.  What other features do you feel have improved, and what is not so good?  It would be interesting to hear your thoughts!

I Just upgraded from an Inspire 2 to the Charge 5 and have the same issue. I want a digital, horizontal clock but I hate the color combinatons on these styles. The only one that doesn't annoy me is the white and dark green one, however that one is really boring. I checked the gallery, which took me to the website and I found dozes of gorgeous clock faces, but none of them were for the Charge 5, so I'm thinking now of sending this back to Amazon and getting a different brand completely.

Sorry but I do not like the colors or the way the graphics are designed.   I have tried to find a clock face app that would provide me with the clock face that I would prefer but I have been unsuccessful in locating one for the Charge 5.   I did take offense at your comment about B&W television - I don't think it really is the same thing at all.  

I had to get a new tracker because my Charge 3 completely stopped charging after two years.   It did this after 8 months and FitBit replaced it and told me to turn off all notifications which I did.   Kind of defeats the purpose.   I hope I don't regret getting another Charge but expecting FitBit to have improved issues with this new version.   Little did I know about the clock faces and how challenging it is to maneuver to the different screens.  Time will tell as to whether I keep it or return.
