Thank you for sharing your inquiry about the Charge 5.

I did notice these intervals are set by default, keep in mind that each circuit will take 9:20 minutes to complete. The interval workout consists of:

Move period: 30 seconds
Rest period: 10 seconds
Repeat: 14 times
Total time: 9:20

However, you can further customize your intervals following these steps as well:

From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap Account icon > your device image.
Tap Exercise Shortcuts.
Tap Interval Workout.
Set your intervals.
Sync your device to save the changes.
