My Charge 5 does not charge anymore. It is at 3%. The magnet does not attach to the watch anymore. Even when it was charged, it never counted my steps, I had to enter all exercise manually, my available calories keeps going down even when I don't eat anything, won't test my O2 anymore, cell phone app OK. There is nothing I can do if I can't charge it. The battery is always being cleaned, I've only had this for a couple of months. Do I need to get a new charger?
