My Charge 5 Doesn't Work ANY MORE! DID AN UPDATE AND NOW my charge doesn't work! Seems to me that FITBIT did an update to make peoples charge 5 not to work. It was working fine.

Please help. Try all typical things to reset anything

no steps

no hr

no active mins.

Please help, Garmin is getting closer my wrist!

Your not alone but there seems to be no support or mention of a possible newer firmware release to fix their mistake. They must think they can act like Apple?
