My Charge 5 doesn't work properly

I followed the directions for firmware update, and it destroyed my Charge 5. Fitbit doesn't have a screen, data of all my steps gone!  Won't stay paired to Bluetooth, really bad, and then I call and was hung up on by three consultants. I followed all their directions, sent them a video, I have restarted, cancelled and no luck at all.

YUCK second Fitbit to do this
