My Charge 5 is not vibrating

I noticed my Charge 5 was not vibrating when it typically would, for instance for timers, alarms and notifications. I made sure DND and sleep mode were off, I made sure vibrate was on in settings, I restarted the device and I factory reset the device and it still doesn’t vibrate. Is there anything I can do?
