After charging my Charge5 my notifications stopped working. Is this typical?

Thank you for informing us about the difficulties you experienced with your Fitbit Charge 5.
The notifications shouldn't stop working after charging a Fitbit device. Please make sure Do Not Disturb (DND), Exercise Focus and Sleep Mode are turned off. For instructions on how to navigate your Tracker, please visit this article.
