My Charge 5 screen is blank

Some time during the night my Charge 5 needed to be charged. Saw message when I woke up. Put it to charge. Now fully charged but no display on screen. How can I restore the display. This is a new tracker. Just purchased it in February. Please help

I've been informed that you already contacted the Customer Support team for further assistance with this and it seems they've provided you with some instructions. In this case, they will let you know how to proceed.

Thanks for reaching out. Issue not resolved yet. Have to clean with alcohol
which I need to buy. So once that’s done I’ll go through with the process.

Thanks David. My replacement Fitbit is fantastic. My previous one was
missing things.
