Hi, my Charge 5 is not recording physical activity (walk). It was working normally, but since last week it doesn't show any exercise, even on days that I walk over 10,000 steps.
It's recording the steps, but not the exercises. Last week I walked over 45,000 steps but the device just recorded one exercise (on a day that I walked over 20,000 steps).
I already restarted the app and the device. Please advise.
