Hi,
I have had an issue with my Charge 5 for a few months now, unable to resolve the problem it's been sat on the kitchen side since. It just stopped working!
Unable to get intouch with anyone from fitbit, this morning I was going to put it in the bin but I've just seen the BBC news report about the issues surrounding the recent update and how other owners also have the same problem as myself.
I want a replacement, I enjoyed the experience and valued the information I gained about my lifestyle.
What should I do next?
