Hi, I recently got Charge 5. It's been few weeks I am using it but it never charged past 30%. I have kept it on charger for hours a stretch but the charging stops in between or even if it's shows charigng symbol, but the charging % won't change.
I have also restarted the device but no success. Can anyone assist please?

Thank you for the information provided regarding the issue you're experiencing with your Charge 5 and that you already tried the restart.
If this is related to the battery, please make sure that you've followed the steps provided in this article.
If the device is charging, but the screen is completely black, make sure that you've also completed the restart procedure described here and using the charging cable, instead of the restart option available on the device's settings.

I have had many issues with the charger keeping contact with the Fitbit to charge. If it gets bumped or touched, it doesn't keep a solid contact. Fitbit really needs to go back to the "pod" style chargers instead of the awful prong style. My husband has the inspire 2 with the prong style charger and it has the same issue.
