Hi, @active1940 welcome to the community, may I suggest you review the app settings on your mobile phone? From the Fitbit app "Today" screen, youch your icon in the top left corner>notifications>slide up to email notifications and ensure those you desire have the sliders in the "on" position. If you have recently updated the Fitbit app on your phone or indeed on your phone original settings may have been disturbed. Once you have verified they are in the correct position return to the "today" screen & sync.
