I see there's been a problem with Charge 5 not connecting with iPhones via Bluetooth. Mine stopped connecting yesterday. I've tried reconnecting several times, I disconnected the Charge 5 on the Bluetooth screen and nwt if can't even find my device. Has anyone been able to resolve this problem? This is very frustrating. I really like the Charge 5, but between this and the band coming off, I'm about ready to go change brands.

Hi, I appreciate the information that you've provided about this issue with your Charge 5, @CarolPre.
There are some general recommendations and troubleshooting steps listed here that other users experiencing something similar have found useful. If you haven't done so already, please make sure to check the compatibility requirements listed here and to keep the Fitbit app and the firmware updated to the latest version available.
However, if you already tried all the steps mentioned earlier and you're still having this problem, you can also get in touch with the Customer Support team for further assistance with this.
Unfortunately other users have been experiencing this issue with the Bluetooth connection when using iOS devices. The team of developers is already aware of this problem and they continue to work to find a solution as soon as soon possible, but we haven't received other updates for the moment.
In addition, please make sure to check the compatibility requirements listed here and to keep the Fitbit app and the firmware updated to the latest version available.
Thanks again for taking the time to share your feedback about this issue.
