Best AnswerIf I understand correctly pairing & syncing are 2 different things. I’m trying to get my Fitbit to send info to the app. I’ve since d figured it out. But pairing is typical of an initial setup.

If you haven't done so already, please follow the recommendations listed here to resolve syncing problems, and make sure to check the compatibility requirements listed here and to keep the Fitbit app updated to the latest version available.
