My Charge 5 won't sync or connect to Bluetooth. Is the app down?

What is the answer to this? Today my Fitbit no long updates the app. (Any update on battery issue?) I’m still charging every 2.5 days)

Hi my charge 5 won’t pair with the app, please can you help?

If I understand correctly pairing & syncing are 2 different things. I’m trying to get my Fitbit to send info to the app. I’ve since d figured it out. But pairing is typical of an initial setup.

@skw56 Let me know if you continue to have any problem to sync your data. If you haven't done so already, please follow the recommendations listed here to resolve syncing problems, and make sure to check the compatibility requirements listed here and to keep the Fitbit app updated to the latest version available.
