My FitBit Charge 5 died less than 2 months after the warranty expired. I'm disappointed that the quality of the product is shockingly poor and I feel like I've been duped by Google for selling me garbage product. It is not damaged or mishandled, just suddenly became unresponsive and when I tried to reset it started vibrating and wouldn't stop. I attempted troubleshooting with their customer service but it was unsuccessful. They said all they can do is offer a 50% discount on a new product. I asked for an exception because it was just over one year and it's completely unacceptable that they would sell an almost $200 device that stops working in one year. They said they couldn't help me further. Thanks multi-billion dollar Google for taking my hard earned money and giving me garbage. I will no longer be a customer in future. I hope others heed my warning and maybe choose an alternative product if you're looking.
