I have Fitbit charge 2 for a couple of years it was working fine and I bought another one for my wife too. There is no problem with daily activity and sports . After Fitbit charge 5 released, I bought in Oct 2021 from Amazon. I am happy wearing for my daily activities like sport and sleep. I really love the design and Fitbit product. However after 10 months of use, a little clip that attached strap and my Charge 5 was broken when I wake up from sleeping. It was very sad day. I contacted to Fitbit support team through live chat they asked me about my living region. I told them I am living in Cambodia. After that they said they would contact me by email. I waited for a week there was no email from Fitbit team. I contacted again and they asked me about my region again and asked for a photo with hand writing case number. I completed all what they asked. After they said they will check my warranty please wait for email. After 2 hours I got their email: Unfortunately, your product doesn’t meet the replacement requirements of our warranty policy. Suddenly (July 30, 2022) I replied how I get the Charge 5 repaired. There is no answer yet until now. The clip was build poorly and no solution from Fitbit. It is so sad. I am considering for Garmin for next tracker.
