My battery drops charge within 8 hours? Any ideas

Hi @Tiger65
When my Charge 5 started rapidly losing battery power, I restarted the device multiple times over several days, then charged it back up. This finally got the battery back to lasting 6-7 days. Hopefully, doing the same will work for you.
