It's dismal. Misses whole exercise sessions. Always inaccurate re sleep. Includes readings which may or may not be accurate but have no relevance to me. I ask for a refund but I was given it for free by a clinical trial who wants me to wear it for a year ... sigh ... I'll do it unless it causes contact dermatitis which it does every 3 days or so.
