My Charge 5 device language keep changing. My personal profile set-up is Europe(English) and location is Germany but keeps changing to German every hour or more often. I have to log every time online to change the language of the profile. The strangest part is that the profile language is still Europe(English) but only the device in German.

Hello @RazvanR 

 

If you want the language on your tracker to be English you have to choose an English speaking country as your location in the App on your phone or it will default back to German.

 

Time zone is the one you need to set to the correct location for where you live to make sure the clock is right but location changes the language.
