My experience using Fitbit products

After multiple complaints to Customer Service, with NO response, I am NO LONGER a Fitbit customer.  I have canceled my $79.99 subscription.  My Charge 5 Battery Life used to last 6 to 7 days, but now, I'm lucky to get 10 hours out of it.  Many times, I'll charge it overnight, just to find out the next morning that it didn't charge at all.  Customer Service does not exist, so I'm taking my money elsewhere.  Good luck to everyone who's having the same problems.

Hi @Frankie199. Welcome to the community forums.

Thank you for taking the time to share this feedback regarding your experience with Charge 5.

I am sorry for the inconvenience you have faced during this time using your device. Please note that Fitbit products are manufactured following strict quality controls to ensure their durability and effectiveness according to the demands of our customers. However, this does not guarantee that in some cases certain features of the trackers will be affected by causes outside the manufacturer.

I apologize for the experience and for any inconvenience caused and again, thank you very much for the feedback. Please note that our team is always working to enhance your experience and your feedback is a big part of that process.

durability?!? why have all three fitbits i've bought died almost exactly at the 2 year mark?? i've got a 10 dollar watch i bought 20 years ago that's still running but the $200 fitbit can't last more than 2 years?  losing me as a customer as well unless this can be rectified. sounds like a whole lot of customers got black screened this week.
