After multiple complaints to Customer Service, with NO response, I am NO LONGER a Fitbit customer. I have canceled my $79.99 subscription. My Charge 5 Battery Life used to last 6 to 7 days, but now, I'm lucky to get 10 hours out of it. Many times, I'll charge it overnight, just to find out the next morning that it didn't charge at all. Customer Service does not exist, so I'm taking my money elsewhere. Good luck to everyone who's having the same problems.

durability?!? why have all three fitbits i've bought died almost exactly at the 2 year mark?? i've got a 10 dollar watch i bought 20 years ago that's still running but the $200 fitbit can't last more than 2 years? losing me as a customer as well unless this can be rectified. sounds like a whole lot of customers got black screened this week.
