I usually don't write bad reviews but I thought I would share this. I bought the charge 5 a year ago and I have had no complaints. I spent $130 on it so I thought it was a decent price for a tracking device. I guess you get what you pay for though since you have to pay a premium for most features now. Now all of a sudden today it just stops working. This seems to be a problem with a lot of these devices, but instead of recalling it or taking accountability, fitbit will offer you a 35% discount on a new device (that is only eligible for 30 days, might I add). I've had this watch for a year. It was the latest model upon release too. I'm extremely disappointed.
