My fitbit became unresponsive. Spent 30 minutes on phone with customer service. Got an email the next day that I can get a fitbit online for 35% off. Ordered it and realized 35% didn't come off. Tried the chat, rep didn't understand there was no error code for me to give her. Just spent 30 minutes on the phone with customer service. 35% is off original price. Was supposed to ship 2 days from order, then the following week. Now it is backordered until 9/29. No supervisor available to speak with. Canceled my order and my premium membership and am now going with anything non fitbit.0 customer service and very unsympathetic rep. After 7 years, I'm leaving fitbit. Thanks for nothing.

Same thing happened with me.. I placed order on 8/8 as my last Fitbit stopped working in water they gave me 35% more FD discount coupon but guess what I never received my watch and after following up 10 times in 4 week I finally got to know they can’t deliver the color I ordered. And they can cancel the order and I can place a new order in different color and no discount.. there is no one to listen customer problems or provide help.. customer support is more interested in ending the chat because you did not respond to them after waiting for them for 15mins to respond to your problem. This the worst experience and I’m moving to non Fitbit bands without getting my problem resolved.
