I have the red light of death on my Charge 5 after about 16 months. I think it is the oxygen sensor led and it doesn’t turn off, which burns the battery down. No fix per customer support and Fitbit’s solution is to offer me a 35% off coupon since the watch is out of warranty. I’ve used Fitbit watches for years but I’m pretty disgusted with the poor build quality and not sure why I’d take the risk on another Fitbit product Anyone have good experiences with other brands and their apps?
