My experience with Charge 5 and Customer Service

I haven been customer of fitbit for several years, on sept 2021 I bought a charge 5  and until some weeks ago I was happy with my purchase but suddenly the screen was black and the battery drop completely in 30 minutes. sensor of the heart rate was working and if I reset the watch, screen shows the logo, so it means that screen was working. after some emails exchange with the fitbit customer service and some tries to reset or establish the start values, the charge 5 had the same issues. after reviewing the topics here, those both problems are happening in other watches and it seems that fitbit does not care because the answer is "there is only one year of warranty" even if the problem is the software, they are not willing to solve this issue.
