My experience with Charge 5 and Customer Service

2 wks ago I contacted fitbit regarding my charge 5 showing an X in a circle and still haven’t heard back. Last I heard they were going to check my warranty. It seems as though numerous people are complaining about the same thing. Will I ever hear back regarding this issue ?

Last weeks were very challenging for Fitbit support, including a system wide outage occurring at the same time users were trying to setup their new Charge 6 and Pixel Watch 2 devices. For several days, there was a banner at the top of the community forum stating they had a higher number of contacts and to be patient.

That banner is not showing right now. So, it's a good time to follow up with Fitbit support to get an update on your case. You may need to be persistent on contacting them until you get a resolution.

I appreciate your response but I have no sympathy for a company that can not put something out regarding “Why” this occurred. Maybe I will contact them again but I’m not holding my breath. Finding it hard after all these years with Fitbit to purchase another one. Very frustrating!
