My charger 5 when crazy when i switched ny fitbit account to google. Heart rate doesn’t work, time zone changes on its own, battery dies suddenly etc etc like a virus. I contacted fitbit in October 2023, my fitbit was only a year a 2 months old, and after many many times chatting with someone now they told me i need to get a new one without any answer why it doesn’t work properly anymore. Does a fitbit only last a year? I’m not sure I should get a new one if that’s it’s life expectancy. Is anyone having same issue?
